Led by Canon John Udris, the weekend will explore the life of the French Carmelite saint, asking what we can learn from her faith & devotion when it comes to our own lives today. https://christianheritagecentre.com/events/praying-with-the-saints/

SEASON OF CREATION: Catholic Dioceses across the UK are preparing in various ways for the upcoming Season of Creation, (September1st - October 4th).

These include using special penitential rites and bidding prayers for Sunday Masses, holding services celebrating and thanking God for Creation, saying rosaries and novenas, and organising parish and Diocesan walks.

The ancient practice of pilgrimage, honoured by many of the world's great faiths, has a renewed focus in this age of climate and ecological emergency. Walking together with intention, mindfulness and prayer creates a different pace and place in relationship to the earth and with each other.
