We pray for the people of Ukraine and for peace in Europe and the World. Silent prayer will continue in St Joseph’s 11-12 Saturday mornings throughout lent until Holy Week


AID FOR UKRAINE: Jamie Turner will give a talk at Mass on 3rd April about his journey to deliver donations from the Parish to Ukraine.


THE POPE’S INTENTIONS FOR MARCH: A Christian Response to Bioethical Challenges We pray for Christians facing new bioethical challenges; may they continue to defend the dignity of all human life with prayer and action


THE POPE’S INTENTIONS FOR APRIL: Health Care Workers We pray for health care workers who serve the sick and the elderly, especially in the poorest countries; may they be adequately supported by governments and local communities.


CAFOD: Walk Against Hunger Lent 2022: A big well done to all who participated in the Parish sponsored walk. £513 has been raised so far and Fr Andy has walked a whopping 150K. It’s not too late to donate if you haven’t already done so. For more info speak to Chris Parrott.


CHURCH CLEANING: We need some church cleaners please. The rota gives a month to each person(s) and there are two months we still need to fill. March this year is taken care of, but we need some volunteers for July this year and March next year going forward. Please either just write your name on the rota in the church porch or contact Anne-Marie Carroll 07841-38633. Thank you.


UKRAINE CRISIS: Co-ordinator required to oversee responses in the Diocese and collate relevant information and liaise with appropriate bodies. The post is on a Voluntary basis.Job description and application form from Anna Portaluri aportaluri@hallam-diocese.com


ECUMENICAL LENTEN GROUPS 2022: Based on the Joy of the Gospel the meetings will take place at 7pm on Mondays during Lent as follows:
